Reviews and Ratings <br />
I had a mixed experience at this resort. The beach was absolutely stunning and the pool area was great, providing a lovely place to relax. However, the ongoing construction around the hotel and in the area was quite intrusive and detracted from the overall atmosphere. The food was decent, but not spectacular, especially at one of the restaurants. Overall, the hotel still retains some charm, but the encroaching developments are concerning.
My stay at the resort was quite mixed. On one hand, the friendly staff and spacious rooms made for a comfortable visit. On the other hand, the ongoing construction made it less than relaxing, and the dining experience fell short. Overall, while I appreciated the amenities and hospitality, there were several areas that need improvement to truly deliver a top-tier experience.
I had some mixed experiences at the hotel. On one hand, it has a beautiful private beach and fantastic amenities like multiple pools and a casino. On the other hand, my stay was marred by ongoing construction noise and subpar dining options. The service was hit or miss, and the cleanliness of both the beach and the pool left much to be desired.
The hotel is a luxurious haven with stunning amenities, beautiful gardens, and a delightful beach. The rooms are spacious and offer breathtaking views, making for a very comfortable stay. The dining options were fantastic, though Sihanoukville itself is under significant construction, which detracts from the surrounding experience. Overall, it's definitely worth a visit if you're seeking relaxation and indulgence, but be prepared for the surrounding chaos.
We spent six days at the resort and had a pretty good experience overall. The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated, and the staff was incredibly friendly, often going out of their way to help us. The pool area was nice, although more umbrellas would have been great for shade, and the beach was cleaned every morning. We were quite pleased with the food quality at the restaurants as well, especially the gala dinner we enjoyed for Christmas Eve. However, there were a few issues, including some cleaning lapses in our bathroom upon arrival and a rude staff member at the pool. Also, the reservation of pool beds was a hassle, as some guests took advantage of the situation.
